Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to respect the time of both our stylists and guests, we kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

• No call/no show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on service timing and stylist availability.

• For longer appointments including extensions, corrective color, or specialty blonding services, 48 hours notice may be required.

• All cancellation and no show fees will be charged to the card on file or sent via emailed invoice if needed.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
