Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 60% of the total scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file. This policy helps us respect the time and preparation our stylists dedicate to each guest.

Pricing & Services

All service pricing is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our pricing accurate and up-to-date, but final costs may vary depending on individual hair needs or changes to service requests.

Retail Products

Retail purchases are final sale unless the product is defective. Exchanges for defective items may be accepted within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Gift Cards

Refined Hair Co. gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

User Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights or restrict the use of this site by others.
