Founded in Spokane by veteran stylist and educator Brenna Montgomery, Refined Hair Co. was born from a long-standing dream — to create a salon where every detail matters. With over 16 years behind the chair and 13 years mentoring stylists, Brenna knew the magic wasn’t just in great hair. It was in the atmosphere, the intention, the way people feel when they walk through the door.

After relocating from coastal California to the Pacific Northwest, she saw the opportunity to bring something new to Spokane: a space that balances professionalism with warmth, independence with community, and high-end results with down-to-earth connection. When the perfect location opened up, she knew — this was meant to be.
